IMPORTANT: Shipping Information

All online orders will be shipped within 2 working day of ordering.

Due to COVID-19 when ordering for delivery at the checkout, you will have to select 'REQUEST POSTAGE PRICE FOR SHIPPING', this will be priced as 'FREE'. We will then send you an invoice for the correct postage amount, and once paid the items will be shipped. This means we can invoice you with an accurate postage price as shipping rates are constantly changing.

Missy Online Returns Policy
All online purchases are subject to a 14 day return policy. You must return items undamaged within 14 days in the original packaging and labelling and showing no signs of having been worn. If for any other reason you are returning other than it being a faulty item, you are liable for paying the return postage and it arriving with us safely. Therefore we advise you to send the item signed for as tracking and insurance is available.

Unfortunately Earrings, Face masks, Hats and Fascinators cannot be returned due to hygiene considerations.

CLICK AND COLLECT IS AVAILABLE. Click and collect customers when collecting their items must show proof of identification. Any returns must be returned within 14 days to the store as in the terms stated above and a refund can only be processed on the original method of payment.
