COVID-19 Shipping & Returns Policy

IMPORTANT: Shipping Information
All online Items will be shipped within 2 working day of our opening hours. We are closed Sundays and Mondays, and therefore items ordered over the period of Saturday-Monday may not be processed until Tuesday.

Due to COVID-19 when ordering for delivery at the checkout, you will have to select 'REQUEST POSTAGE PRICE FOR SHIPPING', this will be priced as 'FREE'. We will then send you an invoice for the correct postage amount, and once paid the items will be shipped. This means we can invoice you with an accurate postage price as shipping rates are constantly changing.

Missy Online Returns Policy
All online purchases are subject to a 14 day return policy. You must return items undamaged within 14 days in the original packaging and labelling and showing no signs of having been worn. If for any other reason you are returning other than it being a faulty item, you are liable for paying the return postage and it arriving with us safely. Therefore we advise you to send the item signed for as tracking and insurance is available.

Unfortunately earrings, hats and fascinators cannot be returned due to hygiene considerations.

DUE TO COVID-19 CLICK AND COLLECT IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE. Click and collect customers have 14 days in which to collect their items and must show proof of identification. They may return their items within 14 days to the store as in the terms stated above and a refund can only be processed on the original method of payment.
