All online orders will be shipped within 2 working day of ordering.
Missy Online Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. That’s why you have 28 days to return any unwanted items to us. Any returned items must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
If you return your items within the 28 day period, we’ll process a full refund back to your original payment method.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Unfortunately Earrings, Face masks, Hats and Fascinators cannot be returned due to hygiene and sanitary considerations.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your card or payment company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
In-store purchases (if applicable)
On all in-store purchases, we do not offer a refund. We offer a 14 day exchange policy as long as the items have not been worn or damaged and are returned in their original packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 115 New Road Side, Horsforth Leeds GB LS18 4QD.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item back to our store, you should consider using a trackable shipping/posting service or purchasing shipping insurance and keep a receipt for proof of return. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Click and collect customers when collecting their items must show proof of identification. Any returns must be returned within 14 days to the store as in the terms stated above and a refund can only be processed on the original method of payment.
